Anti-Graffiti Mini Plans

I have been told by several cities that our consulting plan is not a perfect fit for them. 
It could be that:

• Their city does have too much graffiti but they are just not big enough to warrant our whole plan.

• They have more graffiti than they want but it is not the level where they are feeling overwhelmed and desperate enough to take drastic measures

• They feel that they are doing some things well to fight graffiti and they only need help in a couple of areas.

• They just are not ready…organizationally, to coordinate all of their graffiti components at the same time but they want to get started in some areas.

• They have had big budget cuts and just can’t afford our whole package.

Because of this, we have improved our service model. To this end, we now offer smaller modules of instruction and coaching for those cities. We still believe that the whole comprehensive package will provide the best results and will ultimately be the most economical, but now you have more choices.
