STEP 3: Take the online exam. This is a state requirement and you must score 70% or higher to pass. If you watch all the videos prior to taking the exam, you should pass easily. However, if you do not pass, there is no limit as to the number of times you may take the exam.
STEP 4: Join in any or all of the Anti-Graffiti Discussions listed below.

Online Exam
This is a state requirement and you must score 70% or higher to pass. If you watch all the videos prior to taking the exam, you should pass easily. However, if you do not pass, there is no limit as to the number of times you may take the exam.
After you successfully complete the online exam, the Graffiti Consultants will immediately notify First Forward (the national online training platform for first responders) of your successful completion of the course. Upon receiving this notification, First Forward will send you an email with the process for you to follow to create your account and log in to First Forward. After you log in to First Forward, you will be able to print your certificate from there.
For immediate proof that you passed the course, please print the online exam completion page. Your results will also be emailed to you.
